Commitment and Diligence

Starting a business or a project may often be a huge or daunting task with so many t’s to be crossed and I’s to be dotted. Here is a short guide with guiding information necessary to achieve progress in this area.

A business or project requires personal willingness and commitment as real physical and mental action is in necessary in taking all the steps required. Benjamin Disreali, the first Earl of Beaconsfield, British statesman, and former Prime Minister commented that ‘diligence is the mother of good fortune. The junglepreneur should work at being diligent enough to make every singular and cumulative effort required in pursuit of a business venture or project.

An analogy useful here is that of The Great Wall of China which was believed to have been first built of earth, brick and stone. It was constructed in the 7th century BC by the Emperor of China and extended by the Ming dynasty with the intention of using it as a barrier to discourage intruders. The great wall of China stretches over 20,000 km in length including its branches and it was constructed by hundreds of thousands of workers who all worked very hard in a magnificent display of sheer diligence and commitment. Such diligence and commitment is what the junglepreneur should aspire to in the pursuit of business and projects.
