Research and Planning
Some research and planning will be required regarding the business venture or vision. Junglepreneurs need to invest time researching on what is available about the idea behind the intended business or project. A starting point is talking to others who have been in the same line of business before you as they have gone through the experience curve and can advise you better.
Having a mentor in the same sector will be useful for insights into the areas which are not immediately explicit. Another useful source of information is the local business chamber of commerce or government agencies set up to support business. It may also help to talk to your local bankers about the business or project as bankers usually hare a good source of information regarding market terrains.
Talking to your banker’s before-hand also ensures that you get some support when seeking financing later. Finally conducting additional research into the market or strategy for the business or project is also very vital.
